My name is Maggie Ring (Mills) and I am a Center-Based Autism (CBA) teacher.
This is my first year at Boltz Middle School. I have been an elementary / autism teacher since 2019, and I am so excited to transition to middle school. My husband and I moved to Colorado in 2022. I have a bachelor's degree in recreational therapy and a master's degree in special education. My biggest passion is creating a learning environment that is goal driven, fun, and inclusive of all learners.
Outside of school you can find me reading, going to the gym, doing any sport activities outside (sand volleyball, pickleball, hiking, biking, etc.). I also enjoy cooking and making new recipes.
The Center-Based Autism program serves students with extensive autism needs. We work on targeted literacy, math, social skills, and functional skills in our classrooms and students attend science, social studies, and electives with their peers. Our students are supported throughout their day by either a teacher or paraprofessional under the supervision of a teacher.
