Counseling

Welcome to the Boltz Wellness Center.  The new Wellness Center opened in 2016 to reach the diverse needs of our student population by providing a soft space.  Students can access tools for self-regulation and mindfulness to reengage in the classroom setting. Students also have the opportunity to meet with their counselor.

Boltz Middle School Counselors support students in their academic, personal/social and career planning needs as guided by the American School Counselor Association’s (ASCA) national model.  Their work includes a focus on wellness.

Families coming for registration should bring a parent/guardian ID, student birth certificate, immunization records, proof of address and any applicable legal documents.
