The Choir and Theater Arts classes offer comprehensive programs in both choir and drama here at Boltz which include four choral performance ensembles, two levels of introductory theater classes, an advanced acting and production class, as well as a musical theater production class.
Our goal is to provide a safe and exciting space for all students in the arts while offering them the experiences they need to enjoy a rich and fulfilling lifelong journey in the arts, no matter their intended career or life path.
Boltz has a rich history in the performing arts during its first 50 years and we are excited to continue this work into the next 50!
Boltz offers choir as an elective for sixth, seventh, and eighth grades. Choir 6 is a quarter-long class; choir for upperclassmen is a year-long class. Students who wish to sing in choir AND play an instrument in band/orchestra are allowed to do so. In addition to singing during the school day, a zero hour choir is offered to seventh and eighth grade students.
