About Me

Jennifer Smela is a long time school counselor, of which the last thirteen years have been with PSD. Jen loves the world of middle school counseling and feels very blessed to be at Boltz. She has two children, who are proud Phoenix alum, and she is married to a high school teacher and baseball coach. She is a devoted Colorado sports fan-especially the Denver Broncos--and is learning to love the Dodgers since the rest of her family are diehards!  She loves to hike, camp, and be outdoors. She also loves to read and spend time with her family and her dog, Ellie.
