Boxing for kids is more than just a physical activity - it’s a martial art with many important benefits for children.
Students don’t just put on gloves and start hitting things – as a martial arts sport, boxing requires physical and mental discipline and skill. Done safely, boxing will unleash the athletic potential of any student. Youth boxers gain life skills that will continue to motivate them throughout their lives including self-discipline, respect and motivation.
Boltz’ Boxing Club meets weekly at a local gym during the spring semester. The schedule is: Wednesday 3:00-3:40pm - meet in the Media Center for any school work that needs to be completed. Training is from 4:00-5:00pm at Title Boxing. Training on Saturdays is12pm-2:00pm at Title Boxing.
