Bi-literacy Class

Biliteracy Class

In our Biliteracy Class taught by our Dual Language ELA and Spanish teacher, Ms Díaz, students are embracing the challenge of learning Spanish formally for the first time, even though it’s their home language. Together—in teams, with partners, and alongside their teacher—they’re navigating their bilingual and bicultural identities, discovering pride in who they are and where they come from.

This journey is about more than language; it’s about connection, growth, and finding confidence in both English and Spanish. We’re so proud of them and grateful to be part of this experience!
