Welcome to the Boltz Wellness Center.  The new Wellness Center opened in 2016 to reach the diverse needs of our student population by providing a soft space.  Students can access tools for self-regulation and mindfulness to reengage in the classroom setting. Students also have the opportunity to meet with their counselor.  We hope you stop by and see us!

Boltz Middle School Counselors support students in their academic, personal/social and career planning needs as guided by the American School Counselor Association’s (ASCA) national model.  Their work includes a focus on wellness.

Stop by the Wellness Center during the day (passing period, lunch, before/after school), and sign in on the laptop to make an appointment.  Please be sure to tell us if it is an emergency.  Your counselor will send a pass to you as soon as he/she is available to meet with you.  You can find us in the commons at lunch and in the hallways during passing period.  You can also email your counselor to set up an appointment.

Families coming for registration should bring a parent/guardian ID, student birth certificate, immunization records, proof of address and any applicable legal documents.
