Phoenix Pride

Student Council

Valentine's Dance on the 15th of February!

The student council allows students' to share ideas, interests, and concerns with teachers and school principals. Student council also organizes events such as fundraisers for school-wide activities. These activities can include social events, community projects, helping people in need and school reform. Student council participates in food drives, fundraisers, parties and dances. Many student council members learn skills that were an extension of their formal education.

Student council does have some funding authority but must generate more operating funds through fundraisers such as car washes and bake sales.

StuCo (Student Council) meets every Friday @ 7am in room 41
